Parts people seem to really like there job..And they are good at it.. really went out of there to find the items I was looking for. Had great advice,,,Just overall pleasant to work with. Service was a bit dissapointing..Got bike back after 1st oil and "check over" Windshield was loose ! 1 screw was missing from the throttle cable clamp on the handle bars, One of the bolts on the right side saddle bag was only on by 1 thread..I remember being told. "We check every bolt on the bike" I guess they missed a few. And it seems when I have a guestion or a concerne with the bike, I'm always told "thats Normal" Without anyone ever looking or listening to the bike..having worked as a auto mechanic and a Service manager in several dealerships in several states over the past 25 years. Always gave the customer the benefit of the doubt! Great service during the warranty period builds for a stronger customer commitment to the service department when the vehicle's warranty expires. Take care of them now and you have a better chance of them returning to spend more $$$$. Going to give service another try this winter, Hopefully things go better.

"This was my seventh ATV purchase over the years and by far my most enjoyable one! I love my new Yamaha Grizzly 450. My salesman Tim Bishop was great and a straight shooter. Dawn Meadows handled my paperwork very professionaly and was very nice too. The best part of all, the ATV came delivered with a full tank of gas, thats something you don't get anywhere else! "Bought a Suzuki C50C last of April 06. For a mid size it rides like a big boy. I commut to work as often a possiable making it a 120 mile round trip and burning up only 2.1 gallons a day!!! I average 73 mph with great comfort and fast pick up. Now I look for excuses to ride on weekends!! Best birthday gift I ever got myself. The dealership was great on the price, delivery and service. I had a small problem with the clutch adjustment in which the service dept. fixed it with-in five minutes after I explained the situation. Great dealership!! Sometimes I just want to stop in and look around because I just feel welcome. All they need is a coffee pot so I can drink and look at the same time. Thanks for the bike, price and your welcome mat.

"A few months ago I was shopping for a used motorcycle. I had searched almost exclusively on the internet and found just what I was looking for on your site . I emailed an inquiry and within a day or two received a call from Adam Carr who was able to tell me everything I needed to know about this particular bike. One week later I was the proud owner of a '98 Yamaha Virago 1100.
The service department had apparently done some work on this bike and it ran great... Still does! I had one small problem with the shift lever sticking and your mechanic fixed it while I waited and sent me on my way. Everyone I have dealt with in the dealership, from sales to finance to service to parts, goes out of their way to make the customer feel good about making the decision to buy from you. Even months later when I stop by, they know who I am and what I ride. I have another dealership within 3 minutes of home, but I will come back to Winchester to have my bike serviced. Why? One word... Trust. You know me, you know my bike, and I truly feel like a member of the Valley Cycle Center family."
