"They're great! I lost my license for DWI and needed transportation for my 8 mile commute. I wear a polyester suit to work and the heat was unbearable. "Valley Cycle Center (Tim, the Finance and Accessories Departments) is/are exceptional. I called 20 dealerships in Virginia (and a couple in NC) and VCC offered the best prices. In some cases, they came in 4K less than other dealers. Their finance department got me a rate close to my mortgage rate (very low) and the team remained on site after the store had closed to complete the deal, never trying to rush because it was time to go home. VCC was well worth the 200mi trip. VCC is best described as Simple Excellence."

"Was looking early in the spring of 2008 for a cheap but rider friendly ride had heard about scooters but always thought of them as little and only able to ride the side of the roads, untill I came to valley and was told and shown the Burgman 400 scooter, a GREAT ride and was cheap, with very good gas millage,on average 55 to 60 miles per gallon. Valley cycle center has always had a great rep. and they lived up to it again when I bought my scooter from them. their service Dept. was top notch, friendly and helpfull. when I also came in later that year to add some parts for my scooter they were more then helpful, got a bigger windshield, and carry bag, for it. their service dept had it all installed in no time and I was ready to go, They help me pick a great ride that has no problems going down the road be it a back country road or down I-81 doing 65 or more this scooter will get the job done and a smooth ride all rolled up in to one. When I do decide to buy a Bigger bike to start doing across states ride I will only go to them. It is nice to know we have a company in our area that sells great products and has a great service dept. to go with it and a great and Helpfull staff to help out. They are a 5 star company, Thanks for the ride valley. "

"This was my seventh ATV purchase over the years and by far my most enjoyable one! I love my new Yamaha Grizzly 450. My salesman Tim Bishop was great and a straight shooter. "Bought a Suzuki C50C last of April 06. For a mid size it rides like a big boy. I commut to work as often a possiable making it a 120 mile round trip and burning up only 2.1 gallons a day!!! I average 73 mph with great comfort and fast pick up. Now I look for excuses to ride on weekends!! Best birthday gift I ever got myself. The dealership was great on the price, delivery and service. I had a small problem with the clutch adjustment in which the service dept. fixed it with-in five minutes after I explained the situation. Great dealership!! Sometimes I just want to stop in and look around because I just feel welcome. All they need is a coffee pot so I can drink and look at the same time. Thanks for the bike, price and your welcome mat.

"A few months ago I was shopping for a used motorcycle. I had searched almost exclusively on the internet and found just what I was looking for on your site . I emailed an inquiry and within a day or two received a call from Adam Carr who was able to tell me everything I needed to know about this particular bike. One week later I was the proud owner of a '98 Yamaha Virago 1100.
The service department had apparently done some work on this bike and it ran great... Still does! I had one small problem with the shift lever sticking and your mechanic fixed it while I waited and sent me on my way. Everyone I have dealt with in the dealership, from sales to finance to service to parts, goes out of their way to make the customer feel good about making the decision to buy from you. Even months later when I stop by, they know who I am and what I ride. I have another dealership within 3 minutes of home, but I will come back to Winchester to have my bike serviced. Why? One word... Trust. You know me, you know my bike, and I truly feel like a member of the Valley Cycle Center family."
