Every pre-owned machine, unless otherwise specified, is what we consider “VCC Certified.” VCC Certified indicates that a machine has been extensively inspected and appropriately serviced to ensure the next owner has an enjoyable and trouble free experience. All machines are gone through, tip to tail, and any issues identified are resolved. Each machine receives, at a minimum, a full service and professional detail, and any wear parts like brakes and air filters found unfit for future use are replaced with new. It is for this reason that we feel confident in the resale of every pre-owned machine; however, we’re human and things happen - that is why we offer the 3.14 Satisfaction Guarantee.

-Return your machine within 3 days for a full refund*

-Return your machine within 14 days for a full credit towards another immediate purchase*

We are confident that you’ll love your new pre-owned machine from Valley Cycle Center and want to provide with the confidence that your new baby was well maintained and prepared for your purchase to give you years of enjoyment!

*This machine must have been returned to Valley Cycle Center in exactly the same condition in which it left and have no more than 10 miles on the odometer than recorded at the time of sale. We’ve found that if you feel you must return a machine, you know you have to nearly immediately, not after hundreds of miles and days of use.
