Valley Cycle Center - Extended Service Protection

Commonly referred to as “Extended Warranty,” ESP offers our customers peace of mind knowing that if an unfortunate mechanical failure were to occur, the repair would be covered, in full, including both parts and labor. We offer coverage from six months to sixty and all terms in between. We find that most customers opt to go with this coverage as the cost is far less than the average repair that warranty would cover.

The short answer is, “ESP covers anything that goes wrong with it that is not your, or another’s, fault.” ESP covers electrical components, motor, transmission, cosmetics, and many other components of your machine as long as it’s within the term.

No. We need to contact your insurance company for that type of repair.

We handle everything. We contact the coverage provider, coordinate the repair, and collect payment directly from them. We aim to reduce as many pain points as possible what these unfortunate events happen. Let us take care of everything.

No, ESP does not cover routine maintenance; however, we do offer Priority Maintenance which does cover your maintenance, offering another layer of protection and convenience for your machine.

Nice try, but unfortunately, no. Failures that occur while operating a machine outside its intended use are likely not going to be covered. Think mud bogging, competition racing, space travel, deep sea exploration, confusing it for a bull dozer, letting it sit and allowing a colony of squirrels to nest, and many other instances (you’d be surprised what we’ve seen!) are likely not covered by ESP.

Absolutely. Let us always, always, always tell you the unfortunate news that the warranty company will not cover your repair. You’d be surprised by the things we’ve gotten covered that customers did not think would be repaired.
